The star attraction of the property is the large deck that has been built on to the banks of the Kirindi Oya. Whilst the river flows underneath creating a soothing sound that cannot be described in words the barbecues and the special lunches, dinners and tea served there is heavenly. If care for wine or stronger drinks this too is available.

The nights become memorable with glowing kerosene lanterns lit on the perimeters of the river and the land providing improvised lighting for a grand campfire and a barbecue. The night's entertainment starts with a Veddha Dance, a traditional dance of the indigenous people of Sri Lanka. This experience is hitherto not offered in any other place and eyes that had not witnessed this, has seen nothing.

•  “ Bush dinner” you will be escorted in to the bush by traditional torch bearers to dine in the jungle atmosphere, our chef with his team will prepare food in your presence.

•  “Kumbuk - Deck dinner” our kitchen brigade will offer you a Mongolian barbeque on the elevated wooden platform over looking lunugamwhera national park & Kiridi river.

• “Jungle barbeque” on leopard rock! you will be taken to an ancient water reservoir in a jungle setting with make shift dining facilities, our well trained chef will serve you with a scrumptious meal.
